My sister is looking for a new roommate.

She's clean and unusually responsible. She puts the seat down when she's finished, she cooks food that smells good, and she will leave the door open when she's changing, if you ask nicely.
also it's a nice place and i'm jealous of her.
our parents always mention how nice it is whenever they talk about how they love her more than me.

My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend, and a room will be available in my two-bedroom apartment as of December 1. Located in Cabbagetown (Parliament and Gerrard), it's above a storefront and rent is about $550 per month, including utilities.
It's ideal for students, as it's a short walk from the Ryerson and George Brown campuses and a 10-minute streetcar ride from U of T. The 24-hour College streetcar stops literally in front of the apartment, and the Dundas and Parliament routes are a block away. The public library and No Frills are right around the corner. The place is quiet (never hear the neighbours) and has hardwood flooring and big windows. There's a full kitchen and bathroom, a living room, dining room and back patio.
A little about me: I'm female, in my early twenties, non-smoking, and
easy to get along with. I would prefer to live with a female who also
doesn't smoke and who'll share in putting out the recycling and junk like that. No pets, please.
Anyhow, the landlord is great, and I love the apartment and the neighbourhood. I would hate to move out. If you're interested, please email me at cabbagesforrent@hotmail.com.

she says no pets but if you have a cool one like a kitten or a miniature pony you should definitley come see the place and bring them along with you.
